 Welcome Home! The neighborhood would like the opportunity to get to know you and welcome you to your new community. If you are a new resident, or know of someone that has just moved into the community, the neighborhood would love to hear about it!

Please welcome our new neighbors Delores Wakeman and her mother Ruth at 2831 SE Shawnee Dr. Delores and her mother were local Topeka residents. Please say hello to them as you walk or drive by.
Also a sad farewell to the previous owners - Brock and Sharon Winans. They lived at this address at 2831 SE Shawnee Dr., and were original owners. Many of you remember them as Brock was a principal at Tecumseh South and Sharon taught elementary. Their home sold so quickly that many did not get to say good-bye. They would enjoy a note from you. Their new address is 440 Trinidad Blvd, Williamstown, N.J. 08094. They chose to move near their daughter Beth and grandchildren. Goodluck in the new chapter of your lives. |
